  • TRANSITIONAL HOUSING

HIP provides transitional housing to low-income working families and individuals experiencing homelessness. Participants typically remain in the program for 12 to 24 months while they work toward stable, permanent housing.

Families will be provided a safe, furnished, affordable home in a transitional housing unit. In addition to housing, each household receives individualized wraparound support services from a dedicated case manager with MSW/LCSW credentials. These services help clients strengthen financial stability, access community resources, achieve personal goals, and successfully transition to permanent housing.

Applications are held on a waiting list and reviewed as units become available.
